ARTICLE 6: MEETING
AND QUORUM
Section 1
Regular meetings shall be held once a month: date dependent on the wresting schedule.
Section 2
Special meetings may be called.
Section 3
Members of the association, in good standing, shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
