BY-LAWS

ARTICLE 5: COACHES’ RESPONSIBILITIES

Section 1
The Youth Head Coach will have full say on all decisions concerning coaching, practice, tournaments, matches, and mat room policy.

Section 2
The Youth Head Coach will be responsible for attending seeding meetings, or assigning a responsible assistant coach.

Section 3
The Youth Head Coach will be responsible for the gym and wrestling areas. In his absence, he will assign an assistant coach these responsibilities.

Section 4
All coaches will be responsible for making sure that each child is supervised until their parent(s) or guardian(s) arrive to take them home.

Section 5
At no time will abusive language or actions be tolerated. Coaches must maintain a positive environment for all children to learn and have fun.

Section 6
The secretary or designate will be responsible to turn in an active wrestling roster into the WAWA President one week before the season starts. An updated roster must be provided to the WAWA President in the event that a wrestler does not want to continue to wrestle during the season.
