BY-LAWS
ARTICLE 4: PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY
Robert’s Rule of Order shall be the parliamentary authority on all matters not covered by constitution and bylaws of this club.
Order of Business
1. Call to order by presiding officer.
2. Roll call by the secretary.
3. Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting by the secretary.
4. Treasurer’s report.
5. Committee reports.
6. Unfinished business.
7. New business.
8. Program of the day.
9. Adjournment.
