I went to Quest. First we practiced everything he taught us. Then we did a move when they put the leg on you the wrong way. First you take their legs apart. Then you put your ankle on the ankle that's closest to your leg and sit back. Then we had to practice putting legs in without looking back for 25 minutes. Then he showed us how to escape from that move I just explained. First you peel their foot off with your foot, then grab the outside part of their foot and lift it over your leg. Then push out and turn around.

We did 65 push-ups and 25 pull-ups at the end. It's hard doing push-ups at the end.

I went to Quest School Of Wrestling. I wasn't feeling that good because I got kicked in the stomach at karate. I had two partners so I got to have a little break because we took turns. First we practiced the moves he already taught us.

Next we did a move when you hook their left leg with your right heel under your left foot. Then put a Half Nelson on them. Then you lift their left leg up and drive with the Half Nelson.

Then we did a move when they're flat on their stomach. First you hook their left leg with your left leg and put your right foot under your left foot. Then you grab their thumb and they straighten it out in the air and you just twist their arm back and put Half Nelson in on the same side and drive them over.

We did another move when they're flat on their stomach. First you hook their left leg with your left leg and put your right foot under your own left foot again. Then you push their right arm away from their body, then push it up. Now put your elbow on their head. Then you push through their post and put your hand out that's on their head and put a Half Nelson in, then drive.

We did 75 push-ups and 35 pull-ups at the end.

I went to Quest School Of Wrestling. I am going to be learning how to work "legs" for 3 weeks. My coaches at South Fayette didn't teach us legs yet. I will have some advantage over kids.

First we did a move when one person is down and the other is on top. First, you hook their left leg with your left leg. Then your right leg goes in between their legs. Next, you put your left foot on top of your right foot, crossing them. Then you reach to the right and grab their right wrist with your left hand. Then with your right hand, reach under his or her elbow and grab yours. Lift that right hand up and that leg that you have control of. Then lift that arm to their neck so you can get a Half Nelson on them.

The second move we did was almost the same as the first move. First we hooked their left leg with my left leg. Then we rocked it back and forth. We practiced that for about 30 minutes.

Then we did live wrestling for 20 minutes. We started off with our left leg hooked around their left leg, and our right leg in between their legs. I escaped 4 times. My partner escaped 4 times. We weren't supposed to escape, we were practicing. We weren't supposed to escape because we should have kept our hips on their back hips and their back. He's supposed to be on his belly and I'm on his back.

I think learning how to work legs is hard. I enjoyed working legs. Once I know how to work legs, no one should be able to escape.

I practiced at South Fayette today. I was able to make it because soccer practice was cancelled due to rain. Older kids and younger kids were there. My partner was J.J.

First we did a Fireman's Carry for 30 minutes. Then we did live wrestling. There were 5 matches going on at a time in the wrestling room. I pinned J.J. 4 times. He pinned me once. Then we played King Of The Mat. I won against J.J. and lost against Nick Carr.
